This group has been highly ignored in villages in Tanzania. In most cases, they happen to be in poor families and poor environments. You can imagine a child being born into a poor family and going to a poor family. Someone who has paralyzed; leg and school is far away, and in class, there are no desks. It is obvious that the dream of this student to go to school will e dead since society and the family have much more priorities than this disabled student.
